Myoshin Maria Gonzalez is one of my senior facilitators and a long-time student. She is making quite a splash, creating a lot of interest in Mindfulness-based investment and leadership both in her native Canada and around the world.
Recently, her newest book, “Mindful Leadership: The 9 Ways to Self-Awareness, Transforming Yourself, and Inspiring Others,” has been getting a lot of wonderful coverage. Check some of it out here:
- “Calm, cool, and collected: The mindful leader” – A review by Harvey Schachter, July 24, 2012 in The Globe and Mail.
- “Micro-meditation: Can you find Zen in 30 seconds or less?“, by Wency Leung, April 22, 2012 in The Globe and Mail (also published in print version as “The Joys of Micro-Meditation: How-to books, mobile apps and online videos are encouraging people to practise in grocery-store lineups, taxicabs, or at their desks.”)
- Video segment of her appearance on “The Morning Show” in Toronto!
